As of today I will start Blogging. I have noticed that I like to write and tell but in all honesty it seemed stressful to have to write every week. What if I don’t have any inspiration for example?! Because it’s not like I’m living the craziest life ever… it’s not like I hop to a different metropolis every other week or visit the hippest clubs every Saturday night. In fact, I race against the clock to get the guys to school on time, let alone get them dressed and their teeth brushed. Believe me, this is quite a challenging job already!
And where the whole world (at least I am under the impression) looks super good after a visit to the gym and treats themselves to a very sophisticated coffee, I race from South to East Amsterdam and end up in a traffic jam at least 2 times where somebody raises his middle finger or shouts Heeeee pancake, watch out! (oops or was that me?)
Then I catch my breath at the office and talk to reasonable people while we attempt to work on our to-do’s of the day.
I recently got the advice to read the book GRIP, the book gets you to finally finish a to-do and actually gives structure that allows you to get more out of a day. Well in all honesty I’m all about that, so I bought the book, cracked a bottle of wine and started reading it. I can tell you I think it’s a TOP book. It gave me new insights and just taking it step by step works very well for me. In short I keep to my agenda and this will also give me room to Blog yes! So you are going to hear from me every week now, what I experience with ME&MATS but also other useful and less useful news (sometimes we have to talk about fashion, cosmetics and losing weight of course).
