Delivery time and shipping fee varies per country. Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes two to seven business days for your order to be deliverd within Europe. The delivery time for international orders may vary due to different customs procedures in each country. You will receive updates from us about your order.
If you want your order to be sent to another address you can enter this address during the payment process. You will receive the invoice via the submitted e-mail address, while the package is sent to the selected delivery address. If you send someone a gift, you can choose to have the product beautifully wrapped and add a personal greeting card for a small fee.

It is possible that your package takes a bit longer than usual to get to your house. This could be due to a delay in the post or (part of) our team working from home. We will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If your order can’t be delivered to your house it will be automatically sent back to a collection point.
After you’ve made a purchase. We will post your package and sent you an e-mail with a DHL track and trace code.
ME&MATS products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will gladly refund any defective or wrongly manufactured items. For all the questions about returns please check Delivery & returns on our website.
After you have registered your return, we will refund the orders’ total amount to the payment method that you used to place your order within 30 days. Please note that we will refund only if we have received your order within 14 days and in its original state. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the European Union will not be compensated by us.
