Delivery time and shipping fee varies per country. Once your order has been shipped, orders within Europe usually take two to seven business days to be delivered. The delivery dates for international orders may vary according to customs procedures for each country. You will therefore receive updates from us about your order.
If you want your order to be sent to another address because you are not at home or because your order is a gift, enter this address during payment. You will receive the invoice via the submitted e-mail address, while the package is sent to the selected delivery address. If you send someone a gift, you can also choose to have the product beautifully packaged, and to add a personal greeting card for a small fee.
ME&MATS unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and should be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly refund you for any defective and wrongly manufactured items. For all the questions about returns please check Delivery & returns on our website.
After you have registered your return, we will refund the products’ total purchase amount to the payment method used to place your original order within 30 days. Please note that we will refund only if we have received your order within 14 days and in correct condition. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.
