How do I know if an item is in stock?

If the product is out of stock it will be mentioned on the website. Otherwise you will receive an email after you’ve done a purchase.

How much are the custom duties and taxes for my order?

Inside the European Union 21% VAT is mandatory, which is included in the price. Custom policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information. To ensure quick delivery to you, any custom duties and taxes imposed by your government will be paid by you.

Why Has My Payment Failed?

There are many reasons payment errors can occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method, such as PayPal. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact ME&MATS.

Is My Personal Information Kept Private?

Your personal information will be kept private and confidential and we will never rent or sell this to third parties. 

To register at ME&MATS we need to know your name, email address, gender and telephone number. When purchasing an order online billing address, shipping address and payment information are required. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Delivery time and shipping fee varies per country. Once your order has been shipped, orders within Europe usually take two to seven business days to be delivered. The delivery dates for international orders may vary according to customs procedures for each country.

What Should I Do If I Receive The Wrong Product?

If you have received a wrong product please send an email to info@me-mats.com, fill in the return form and fallow the steps that you will find in delivery & returns.

Refunds & Returns

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

ME&MATS unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and should be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly refund you for any defective and wrongly manufactured items.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

After you have registered your return, we will refund the products’ total purchase amount to the payment method used to place your original order within 30 days. Please note that we will refund only if we have received your order within 14 days and in correct condition.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.
