Delivery & Returns

The website of ME&MATS only ship orders within the EU (this does not apply for wholesale). Check our map on the front page for selling points worldwide.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of two weeks. SALE items cannot be returned. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging for a refund. You may inspect the goods carefully. The fall of value as a result of the proper use beyond the careful inspection of the goods, which implicates, that the refunded goods cannot be sold as “new” anymore, has to be reimbursed by the customer.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased through this website. In order to facilitate the exchange or returns of the purchased items, we must receive the return within 14 days from the day of the delivery of the item(s).

To successfully complete the return process, please follow the instructions:

At first send an email to orders@me-mats.com, explain the reason of return and we will provide you with a return code. Fill in the return code on your return form. Print the return form and add this to the return package. Send the return package to the address below.

If the goods are used, damaged, incomplete then ME&MATS is not obliged to take back the item.

Return Form
Fallow the instructions on the return form. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost.

We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) you prefer.

Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed your will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.

Damaged/ Misshipped Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price.  If we dispatched the wrong item or the item sent was damaged we offer a free return service.

ME&MATS reserves the right to make changes to this policy, notably in line with any revised legislation.
