  • ME&MATS unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and should be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly refund you for any defective and wrongly manufactured items. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within the return period of 90 days. We only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item then we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the item(s) you prefer. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging for a refund. If the products are used, damaged or incomplete then ME&MATS is not obliged to take back the item. In order to facilitate the returns of the purchased items, we must receive the return within 90 days from the day of the delivery of the product(s). We only accept returns of items purchased through our website.

The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense. To send something back to us, you yourself can choose how you do this. You can return items to us using your national postal company, for example. You always pay the postage yourself. Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that ME&MATS is not liable for damage and/or loss of returned items. Therefore always ask for proof of shipment at the post office! Note: keep this until the refund of your return items has been correctly processed. This is your proof of return. Return conditions: 

  • You can return your order to us within 90 days after the invoice date.
  • The product must be complete and in the original packaging. If the product is used or damaged, then we can no longer accept its return.
  • Once we receive the product, you will receive your refund within a few days.

When your package arrives at ME&MATS, we evaluate the product and draw up a refund. You get your money back within a few days.

  1. Send an email to hello@me-mats.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. Also we would like to know why you want to return the product(s).
  2. Then we will provide you with a return code with the necessary return shipping information. Fill in the return code on your return form and add this to the return package. Follow the instructions on the return form.
  3. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a completed return form. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost. Refunds will be made within 14 weekdays after your return has been processed and approved. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
